HOW WE DO IT
Personal Training at CoreStrength Fitness is fundamentally principled on the concept of the body as an integrated kinetic chain. We train the whole body, using functional movement patterns that emphasize core stability and strengthen the entire person from the inside out. We accomplish this by fusing a thorough understanding of human movement, anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, and exercise science, with the art of understanding you as an individual.
The proprietary CSF Personal Training System emphasizes functional strength training, supportive nutrition, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and flexibility that lead to balance and proportionality. Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase physical strength, improve core stability, maximize endurance, rehabilitate an injury or revitalize your daily energy, our Nationally Certified and Degreed Personal Trainers will always over-deliver when it comes to your health and fitness. Not only will you develop a powerful, strong, lean, flexible and structurally sound physique, but you can expect rapid results!
The process goes something like this: The basic goal is for us to get to know one another, and you, as a prospective client, to gain a better understanding of what it will be like to work with us. We will spend 90 minutes completing a professional fitness consultation that is FREE to you, no strings attached. We will ask you questions about your health and fitness background and your fitness objectives. We will then complete a body composition analysis and initiate a fitness evaluation that will help us design an exercise program that is geared toward your desired outcome (so bring your workout clothes!).
